"MONSTER FISH"

One of Dave's favorite prey is the monster Metolious Bull Trout!

He caught a beauty of a monster this day. This is one of his favorite pictures of the beast, because the head of the beast is the only thing that fits in the net. And it's not a small net.

He was 29 inches of fight.

I'm sure he was using his awsome casting skills. He went to the Sportmans show last week and decided to have a little fun and enter the casting contest. Of course he was awesome and made it into the finals. The only problem was that finals were on sunday.

I guess we'll never know how awesome he really is. Although i'm pretty sure if you get a chance to fish with him you will figure it out pretty quick when he gets all the fish in our hole from 50 yards downstream. What can I say I married the best!!

FISHING WITH UNCLE DAVE!

When Heather and Dave went to Hawaii Kaden stayed with grama and Grampa in Prineville. But you can't come to Prineville without uncle Dave taken for a fun fishing trip.

We started in the creek behind the house, and ended up dow in the town park.

Kaden was the official netter. He made sure he had the net at all times.

Beauty! It was a successful day all around although it was freezing. We had to call grama halfway through becuase poor kaden was shakin like a leaf.

Blast From the Past

In High School I was on the dance team and we went to Portland for Nationals. We didn't buy the video which now I really wish we had but we did buy the professional shots and this is one of them. My mom was going through some boxes in the garage and found a bunch of my childhood photos. So I thought I would share this funny picture that looks nothing like me (too much make-up and that hair!)
